AI Video Experiment #24

AI Video Experiments
I've been experimenting with these tools from day one and recently spent a lot of time last weekend working on this sample footage I'm sharing here. I carefully adjusted and color-graded the footage, putting thought and effort into every detail—editing, sound, and all the other elements that go into a well-crafted piece. This was another experiment to push the boundaries of what can be achieved.
While AI video generators can produce intriguing visuals, they often struggle with action sequences and tend to create inconsistent footage that's difficult to control. However, with further refinement and training—using an experienced team that understands production, directing, and filmmaking—these neural networks can deliver more polished content with finely tuned controls. This requires feeding them vast amounts of data, which is exactly what many film studios are attempting to do right now.
That said, AI tools are already viable for creating content for commercials, music videos, and other speculative or ideation projects. Considering the speed and progression of AI development, it’s clear that these tools will eventually empower small teams—or even a single experienced director with diverse skills to accomplish the work of a larger team in a fraction of the time.
