TTT Layers to a Pre-Trained Transformer

I wanted to share b TTT Time Testing Training, and it's a game-changer for how smart computers are learning.
Imagine teaching a puppy a new trick. You show it what to do, and then you test it. If it gets it right, great! If not, you show it again. That's kind of how traditional computer learning works. But TTT is like having a super-smart puppy that learns instantly as you're showing it!
TTT Time Testing Training
Time: This means things are happening continuously, in real-time. There's no waiting for a separate "training" phase.
Testing: The neural network is constantly being asked to perform tasks and see if it's getting them right.
Training: Based on how well it does in the testing phase, the network immediately adjusts itself to improve.
Think of it like this: imagine a self-driving car learning to navigate a new road. With TTT, as soon as it makes a slight error (maybe it drifts a little), it instantly corrects itself and learns from that tiny mistake right then and there. It doesn't need to go back to a "classroom" to be retrained.
With TTT, this learning process becomes incredibly fast. The network is constantly getting feedback on its performance. If it makes a mistake, the connections between its "neurons" are instantly tweaked to make sure it doesn't make the same mistake again. It's like having a constant tutor giving it immediate corrections.
